Changed your mind? Unworn merch in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive it, we aim to issue your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.

To start a return, email us at onefamilysalute@gmail.com or reach us through the Contact Us page with your order number, and we aim to send you a return label/instructions within 24 hours.

Need a different size instead? Exchanges follow the same process — just tell us what you need. And if your order arrives damaged, wrong, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free. One family looks out for each other.

Refunds cover the full item price; shipping costs are non-refundable. Each piece is printed to order, which is why returns must be unworn. If you need help with a return, email us at onefamilysalute@gmail.com.
